Process

Instructions For ValueAssureAUTO Customers

Step 1

Visit a licensed auto dealer to
obtain a written purchase offer.

Step 2

Gather electronic copies (scan or PDF) of the required documents - see list below.

Step 3

Submit a secure document upload request. Send an email to: docs@ValueAssure.com.
(include the ValueAssure contract number)

Documentation

Required Documents

  • The Dealer's Offer.
  • Documentation evidencing a Reported Accident:
  • A copy of the VIN history report (CARFAX® or AutoCheck® showing the date of the accident OR
  • A copy of the claim from the auto insurance company OR
  • A copy of the police report.
  • Documentation evidencing the cost of repairs from the accident:
  • A copy of the repair shop invoice OR
  • A copy of the claim from the auto insurance company.
  • Any other documentation that Obligor or its assignee or administrator may reasonably request.
