The fully executed closing statement from when you purchased your home.
The proposed closing statement for the proposed sale of your home.
Your most recent mortgage statement and mortgage payoff quote. (If you have more than one mortgage, include all mortgages).
The appraisal from when you purchased your home.
The current appraisal for the proposed sale of the your home.
The listing agreement and a signed and notarized letter from the Licensed Real Estate Brokerage Firm certifying that the documents submitted are true and complete copies, that there are no undisclosed credits, that the Prospective Purchaser is unrelated and unacquainted to you, and that the listing requirements were met.
Any other documentation that ValueAssure or its assignee or administrator may reasonably request.
